Ruairí McMahon is an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years delivering major civil, rail and infrastructure projects across Australia.

With a Master of Engineering Project Management (RMIT) and a Mechanical Engineering degree from University College Dublin, he has led multi-million-dollar works in bridge construction, drainage, fibre networks, power upgrades, FRP structures and complex rail possessions.

Ruairí brings strong technical capability, clear communication and a hands-on leadership style, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to Australian standards. Committed to providing reliable, high-quality engineering solutions for clients across the region.

Head of Woofs

Madra is the legendary Head of Woofs, Chief Snack Inspector, and Director of Daily Shenanigans at Roundwood Engineering & Civil. With absolutely no formal training and a resume consisting mostly of good naps, he still manages to outperform the entire management team in morale boosting.

His core duties include enthusiastically greeting visitors, supervising every meal break, performing random site-boot inspections, and offering stress-relief services in the form of pats, tail wags, and soulful stares. Madra also excels at strategic napping, ute surveillance, and selective hearing—especially when the word “bath” is mentioned.

Off the clock, he enjoys zoomies, chasing absolutely nothing, and pretending he’s the real boss around here.
